Yet another Trial By Declaration won!
September 4, 2009 at 22:25 When fighting a traffic ticket case always do a Trial by Written Declaration. It will automatically begin the case with two bites at the apple. If you win, great, the case is done; like this week when we received two decisions stating the charges were dismissed. If you lose the trial by Declaration, then you get to request a new trial and the whole thing begins anew. So, you see, who in their right mind would give you two chances at winning anything these days. Take advantage of what the Vehicle Code offers and do a Trial By Declaration.
