Katsuranis & Rodriguez, Attorneys at Law, Inc., has been in existence since the year 2000. Our firm began with the vision of providing quality legal services to the community that is fierce and effective. We started our firm with a focus on winning against the biggest opponent one could face in cases. That is when the Government alleges that a citizen has committed an act that constitutes a crime. We consider them to be the most powerful opponent because their resources are endless and once their mind is made up, it is hard to get them to see another side of the story. By learning how to litigate cases against such a giant, we knew that it would teach us how to win in many different areas that we now practice in our firm. We also focused on trial work and attaining as much trial experience as possible understanding that in order to bring any case to the right resolution you must be willing to put it all on the table.

Francisco Rodriguez
Attorney Rodriguez has been working hard for his clients for 23 years. In that time he has been the leading Attorney in cases taken to jury trials more than 65 times. He has also taken some 200 or more cases to completion on “bench trials”. During this time he has handled numerous appeals and writs to the Court of Appeals and the California Supreme Court. He has managed and settled Civil matters from serious accidents to restraining orders to 1983 trials and license and school suspensions and revocations.
